Carol Holmes
Carol Holmes recently accepted a position as a Productivity Coach with a small independent digital IT company in Houston, Texas. Carol is also a Technical Reporter for her local community newspaper, "Forward Times."
Carol has worked as an training consultant for the past 20 years as an Associate Professor (Computer Applications for Paralegals) at California State University for 7 years. She has certification for Master Instructor for Microsoft Office 2003, which gave her the edge in getting hired for her new position. Her other certifications include Master Microsoft Office Specialist (2003).
Carol chose to go through the Master Instructor certification because she thought it was the best way to have an edge in the competitive job market. This proved to be highly beneficial in her job as a Productivity Coach. She is able to demonstrate the features with Office users and show them tips on how to use Office more productively, thus her title of Productivity Coach.
Although Carol is not available as an instructor, she wants to keep in touch with other Microsoft Office Master Instructors and take her knowledge and skills to a higher level. Carol believes that Master Instructor certification is a beginning and there is still much more to learn. She looks forward to exchanging ideas with other Master Instructors. Carol lives in Houston, Texas and has two grown children, Robert and Shannon and three grandchildren, DeAmonte, Sariyah and LaDell.
