Regina Ward
Regina Ward has been working with The College Board in New York for two years. First as a Technical Trainer and more recently as Assistant Director.
Prior to her employment at The College Board, Regina worked as a Technology Teacher for 5 years and as a Computer Technician for 4 years. She is certified as a Master Instructor for Microsoft Office 2003, which has helped her train 82 employees to achieve Microsoft Office Specialist certifications (and counting!). Her other certifications include Master Microsoft Office Specialist (2003).
Regina chose to go through the Master Microsoft Office Specialist certification at the request of her manager. With her prior teaching experience, it was only natural for her to become a Master Instructor. Not only has her certification helped her produce Microsoft Office Specialists, but it has also helped her to shape company policy. Through her Outlook Spring Cleaning campaign, she was able to reduce the size of the company’s email storage by 5%.
Although Regina is not available as an instructor, she wants to keep in touch with other Microsoft Office Master Instructors and take her knowledge and skills to the next level. She looks forward to exchanging ideas with other Master Instructors. Regina lives in the Bronx, New York and has two children, Niara and Janae.
