Microsoft Outlook Training
Microsoft Outlook is a personal information manager (PIM) that allows you to maintain detailed information about your contacts, such as your customers, coworkers, and clients. It also lets you keep track of your daily schedule, tasks to complete, and manage other personal or work-related information. Outlook is probably best known for its email capabilities, enabling you to send, receive, and manage email messages. Outlook also provides fax support, group scheduling capability, and task management.
Master Instructors can teach you how to fully take advantage of Outlook so you can effectively organize and manage important information. Check with the Master Instructor in your area for class outlines and prices.
