Add a Profile and an Email Account in Outlook
(page 2 of 4)

3. Before we add a new profile, make sure the Prompt for a profile to be used radio button is selected. You want Outlook to prompt you to choose a profile at startup (this saves you the trouble of changing the default profile each time you want to switch between profiles!).
4. Click the Add button to open the New Profile dialog box:
5. Type your new Profile Name in the text box. Click OK.
Add Email Account
6. After clicking OK to create your New Profile, the Email Accounts wizard should appear. If it doesn't, click Tools on the menu bar and then Email Accounts to open it.
7. Under E-mail, select the Add a new e-mail account radio button. Click Next.
8. In the Server Type screen, select the POP3 radio button (we are assuming your email server is POP3). Click Next.
9. In the Internet E-mail Settings (POP3) screen (see the next graphic), in the User Information section, type your name, company name, or whatever name you want to display. Then, type your email address.
