10. Under Server Information, in the Incoming mail server (POP3) text box. For our web site clients, the POP3 address will be similar to the web address with "mail" instead of "www." For example, my web address is www.icellini.com, my POP3 address is mail.icellini.com. Next, type in the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) of your ISP. My ISP is Road Runner of San Diego. The SMTP information is on the Road Runner web site.
11. Under Logon Information, type your email address in the User Name text box. Next, type your e-mail password.

12. If you want to password protect your email, check the Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) checkbox. If you don't want to log in everytime you open your email, leave this checkbox unchecked.
13. Click on the Test Account Settings button to make sure your settings are correct. The Test Account Settings dialog box will appear and will run tests to make sure you can send and receive email messages:
